Jim, I understand your sentiments. I don't condemn you for them. I just have not hardened my own position yet. At this time, the Islamic clerics in Afghanistan are debating whether to turn bin Laden over to us. At every step, we should be ready to respond to others according to the requirements of international law and justice, if that alternative is open to us. washingtonpost.com We cannot round up everyone in the US who prays at a mosque. I would personally fight that where my own abilities lie - in a court of justice - and if I did not prevail, I would appeal, until I was dead or until I won.

Okay , Blue I will say it, more tersely than before. Since I do not make decisions it really doesn't matter. I would be surprised if you did not fight me in court, and in the interests of what makes the USA the place it is I would be disappointed if you didn't. Here it is...Martial law, round all Muslims here less than ten years, those having nothing to hide can go home. Those found to be associated with terrorists or that themselves summarily shot. The ten day grace period for every Islamic nation in the world to give up their terrorists, not to us but to an island of our choice. Everybody there dies. Then at the end of ten days, all countries not in compliance will be depopulated, neutron bombs, no exceptions. In my opinion what we now face is far worse than world war. This determines whether we enter again the Dark Ages under Islamic dictatorship. We are the modern Rome. As they said, what matter if they hate us, as long as they fear us? And after the cleanup, the cleansing, the US will to ease its conscience, unable to reconcile the actions needed to make the world safe from this fundamentalist disease, will need scapegoats, to try and to execute as war criminals. I would gladly be the first to volunteer. Harsh measures to be sure, deplorable to the majority, until the nuke in Seattle's harbor, where I have family, or botunimum toxin in Chicago's water supply. It will get much worse. These things will happen. They have been promised. Most of our countrymen have never read Eric Hoffer's "The True Believer" This is all about fanatics. I trust that conscientious lawyers like yourself will make whole the body politic after the repugnant surgeon has lanced the boil. Jim Black...see I won't delete it this time.
