Hi JIm -

I think you are about 2 weeks to 2 months too early buying tech stocks.
You may then need to wait 6 weeks to 6 months to get back to even.

There is slow, steady selling by insitutions today - and is likely to continue -

Also, tech valuations are STILL just TOO high...and tech is still slowing.

I have reports that some companies have killed ALL capital spending throught the end of this year.
I think some of those decisons were made before 9/11.

Some of those names will work out well, maybe double - but think most of them will still drag 6 months from now.
