Actually, although I really try to stay away from price targeting in general, here are my maximum downside targets.
SPX - 850-900
DOW - 7500
NDX - 700-800

Will it get that low, I really dont know, but in light of the recent developments I wont ignore the possibility. And that doesnt mean it will get to those levels right now either.

Of course there are many support lines which could hold before getting to those levels mentioned above. Im actually hoping that the 1100 region on the NDX holds, but I dont trade on hopes.

I am expecting some sort of a bounce, and did go long yesterday in both stocks and mutual funds, but Im not expecting a strong rally just yet.
