I don't know how much time the administration has to consider its Star War fantasy, but, from what
I heard Cheney say, it is under consideration still. Will the American people support it? I doubt it.

When the US abandoned the anti-ballistic treaty of 1972, I think we gave the go ahead to others
to build more missiles.

Certainly, we can't build a Star Wars Defense system and not expect other countries to beef up their own
security. Should we build a Star Wars fantasy it could be obsolete by the time it is finished since technology changes so rapidly.
