Haim- I really don't know what we are talking about here anymore....I just made a critical comment about Kudlow, and you seem to imply that the guy wasn't an economist, so I answered that (he is an economist; he may be a bad one, but he is one).

I haven't trusted my money to anyone since I made it myself...

if american consumers go bak to flying before appropriate safety steps are taken they deserve whatever happens. these bastard airlines and the government would like nothing better than to con the american consumer once again into believing that travel is safe. I hope they don't succeed. I, for one, will not travel by air until they have marshalls on each domestic flight; a door to the cockpit which actually works; armed pilots, and a complete re-vamping of the check in process which includes going through each bag which is carried aboard and screening of each passenger through a database of FBI/CIA/INTERPOL terrorist suspects. If people (consumers) are not willing to undergo these steps have them take other means of transportation. We don't have a constitutional right to travel by air. Either you go through the process 9for everyone's benefit) or you don't fly. That simple.
