I dunno, Tip...I can get family members to sell (though it hasn't been easy). I can convince 'em to buy T-bills. But the one thing I have been UNABLE to do is get a single member of my family to buy shares in gold stocks or to buy bullion!<NG>

Funny thing was that I told them to sell when it would have mattered a lot... and they asked sometimes back then, perhaps 1-3 years ago. Thing is I was telling them to sell on the way up, you know, naz at ~2800 before it launched itself to 5000. So I suspect I am still the "loony one" to them. But oddly, none ask for my advice now, they don't want to be reminded of any of that because invariably they want to commiserate and when the market is down 7% and my investments go down 0.02% it just doesn't help them feel much better.
