Looking at such a long term chart it really looks like Naz 800ish is the *ultimate* bottom, going back to 94-95. That's where the real ramp-job started which coincided with the telecom deregulation which fueled the debt bubble, then the massive blowoff with the internet hype then the Y2K overcapacity blowout... what a perfect scenario for a millennium bubble.
