Jdassoc, re:Bush's Texan rhetoric is the primary reason that we are under pressure. All this smok em out dead or alive talk has got Europe and Asia scared. I think Bush's voice is directed at the American public and the more measured tone of Powell and Cheney behind the scenes is, and will be, what the European and Middle Eastern ears listen to. Multiple voices for various, convoluted interests. I will make one prediction: The most tortured word in the english language is going to be the word victory.
