My point would be that we should call mutual funds that we own and that are sitting of huge cash positions and let them know of our displeasure with them sitting on the sidelines.

Remember when Magellan was run by Jeffery Virnik and his largest position was English Water Bonds? Well it turned out that people who invest in Magellan, did not do so to invest in English Water Bonds...they voiced their displeasure and Jeffery became history.

The same here..if investors called their mutual funds (those with a high cash position) and informed those people ....that either you invest in America or I find another fund that will...the result would be a strong and prolonged market rally.
