Of course, the current Fed Funds target rate of 3% is truly irrelevant given the huge amount of liquidity that the Fed is injecting into the system. Right now, Fed Funds are trading at 0.50%. Fed Funds have traded as low as 0.25% today.

I'm not sure but I think a poster here named Victor was making fun of me owning silver a few weeks back..I tried to explain that it's a form of insurance. look at the price of silver spike lately! up to 4.70 i got in at 4.50 I had to hold it 10% against me but have made plenty on paas, hgmcy, gold, hm, nem, abx, ssri etc...

gold sector is the number 1 performing sector over the last year up 40%

looks like csco will take it's trip to under $10 soon...and then it will go to $5. like NT and all the other garbage stocks.

I am very sorry that these things have to happen....it's inevitable.

hope you and yours are well John.

I'm seeing evidence of a lot of program trading not to mention the shorts covering like mad in the last 100 minutes.

It's simply amazing watching this.

I do remember May of 00!
