Its something to think about.....

Lets say that the US has reporters (spies) from the State Department, the CIA, the FBI, DFT in a foreign country that we view as problematic.

These people do their job properly and give accurate reports on what should or should not be done.By the time this information filters it's way to the decision makers
it looks entirely different, and some strange course of action is deemed appropriate.

I have seen this repeatedly in the foreign countries where I have lived and worked. When I posted previously that the State Department has its own agenda, no thread viewer questioned that comment. I think the matter is unfixable.
