One of the most effective "weapons" may be angry bankers and insurance companies in dozens of countries. The have the power to freeze bank accounts, cancel credit cards and they have a global record keeping system that is likely larger than the CIA's and armies of accountants. Don't forget that it was the IRS that caught Al Capone.

It's the first time I heard him say something that sounds unscripted and well said. Maybe he's finding his voice.
