Jim, maybe they see a decline in demand coming? The US Navy used to be the biggest user of oil in the world, I wonder if that is still true. Anyone have an idea? I think they will need a good supply going forward, same with the Air Force.

Anyway, I have done well with a few of the tiny oil/natgas stocks this past year, ROYL the best gainer, then RRC, and a couple of others I can't remember. Maybe oil, produced here in the states will be a big thing again?
If so, the little stocks are cheap again, many due to the collapse of natgas prices. (Most of the small co's produce crude & natgas)
I have a list of some decent ones, but I can't find the hard copy, and the other 'puter is updating files.
When I find it I will post it.

I watch RD close, I would like to buy some 2002 calls in it, if I can figure out where it will bottom, and that could be as early as Friday, or next month, or the one after.....or?

Japan, Hong Kong & Taiwan all down about 2% this minute, which is 12:21 am-cst.........
