Although I am not a Terra Nova customer, I am a Townsend customer.

I can confirm that I have seen this problem (stuck order book quotes) many, many times, and have reported it.

I don't bother reporting this any more, because it seems to be a "normal" situation for RTIII...

Sure, although I think your tech department is quite aware of this as an ongoing problem. I am in the Terra Nova-MB Chatroom every day and have reported, and seen this problem reported by other Terra Nova traders many times. I will PM my phone number.

Chris,

While I can appreciate and respect your attempt to solve these technical issues personally, I hardly think this is an efficient way to manage these issues. You could end up spending most of your day on the phone. Have you ever considered some type of "forum" or your own RealTick thread on your web site? What about this "chat room" that Alex is talking about? I am at your site everyday to check my reports. It would be beneficial to see all the problems and resolutions in one place instead of having to search multiple boards. Any plans for this in the future?
