Hello "N", I was just thinking of posting here.
I am Curious to what you are doing.
About time to pick up some high-tech bargains,
OR stay out of this mess until year end, and try the January effect again,
or perhaps a little of both.

I'm still about 50% cash, but been doing a little buying of low price to cash
plays. Also, hoping the semi-equips get cheap enough to go heavy into
them again, but in my opinion, they are not there yet.

Regards, Eric

Hello, N.

Long time, no see.
I haven't looked at the portfolio for a while. The last time I checked it was still in the green by a wide margin.
In April, it was close to flat the last time.

I checked some of the stocks in the portfolio, and it appears that it is worse than -3% because the prices are not correct now. 4 stocks (COVD, ESTM, OPUS, PLRX) have been delisted to the BB and trade at other (way lower) prices, LCTO(D) morphes into a new company, Claxson (XSON).

The actual decline is 14.25% which is still a bit better than the indices. But, as we discussed earlier (on shorting it), it is a huge decline from the peak it reached mid January to mid February. From the peak, the whole portfolio is down 60%.

As you had APSG in your portfolio. It jumped recently as a result of the rush into defense stocks. APSG looks very endangered (huge losses, declining revenues, cash going out of the door quickly, dividends suspended), and I put some out on the spike.
