That's a scary chart technically speaking.

AG hiked about 6 times in 1994 starting in January. Nasdaq went off about 20%, DOW 10%...

Actually if you go back to 1982 you could have bought the dips and been in great shape...right up to March 2000..

Two factors make now worse that it should be.
1. y2k bubble
2. Tax breaks to real estate, low rates...creating a bubble
