Um, well, i kinda like the separation of church and state, i think other places could use a little more of it actually, observe that it is thumpers of holy books that are driving the basic problem with which this thread deals ... maybe a little more humanity and a little less invoking of cult-specific dogma and the taking in vain of the name of god ... she may not like it, you know And this use of the terms 'America' and 'americans', i don't know how it got distorted to the way people are using it now - the Américas extend from Point Barrow in the north to Cabo de Hornos in the south, from the Aleutians in the west to Recife in the east .... therefore all of us between those points are 'americans', and it is incorrect to use the term to indicate the inhabitants of a single nation ..... if people could just refrain from abusing the language in this manner, it would be much appreciated ... thank you ;-)
