Once more I have nothing against short-selling in general. . .when executed legally. But brokerages overseas allow naked shorts, naked puts, shorting pennies, flashing large size, shorting upticks, or about anything else you wish to do to American stocks. Why should that be legal or allowed? It makes no sense. We Americans are not allowed to do any of the above via U.S. Brokerages. . . yet people from foreign countries may and do perform these types of trades on a regular basis. And everyone is OK with this?

Hello?? Is it time to break up the S.E.C. into a smaller entity? And create an Investor Protection Agency?
