>>Islam doesn't condone the activities of these fanatics, but we need some moderate muslim Imams out there asserting these facts<<

There was a very good discussion on the Public Television News (the Lehrer report) last night, including ambassadors from Egypt, Morocco, and Tunisia.

'Eventually, moderate muslims must be willing to stand for their beliefs and interpretations of the Koran and assist in denouncing the more radical Islamic scholars.'

It is disappointing to hear more about how concerned they
are of blacklash reaction rather than how outraged they
are in the first place.

Does any one have examples of muslim outrage?
