Profit Guy, That chart I linked, only goes back to 1990. I dont know of another chart that will show the NDX NEW HIGHs/LOWs back to 1987 that is free. I believe Decisionpoint has it, but its a pay site now. As to whether the OCT 1998 LOWs hold, my focus is really the shorter term, say within 30 days, and I prefer to analyze each short-term oscillation. Having said that, lets just say that I would not assess a high probability that the OCT 98 will hold.
