In as much as our CIA improted them to teach our other Mafia's new tricks I guess I should, avoid suggesting taht. ----------- But I will add that the reason the Russian Mafia is so much more effective than our home grown ones is over the years they developed a skill at stealing from the goverment in a system that the goverment was the only one who had any thing worth stealing.
