I am not saying they have legitimate grievances--you read wrong. What I am saying is that if the Hague Court has its way, any world leader can be hauled before that court for trial. So if an Iraqi citizen wants to claim that his brother was killed by allied bombing, and that this was wrong, all he has to do if fill out a form at the Hague, and all of a sudden we can see as defendants former President Bush, Gen. Schwarzkopf and Colin Powell. Would the plaintiff win such a trial? Who knows? Europeans can be nutty.

Should the Hague Court have this power over world leaders based on complaints of private citizens. No!!!!!
