The Taliban will teach us nothing except where they are hiding. My Point was, and I have mentioned it in previous posts is that we should wage two simultaneous wars...1) One on hunger and the other against terrorists. It might cross your mind that if you feed the hungry and the starving in that area of the world we might make a few friends in that area of the world.

Desperate people are always the most dangerous. And that goes for Christian, Jew or Moslem.

Right....we have to start viewing the problem from different perspectives....Security will not solve the problem...solving some of the problems may leave us with less need for security.

Look at VietNam....Every damned General viewed the problem the same way... more bombs, more planes....more territory.
All three were the wrong answers.
