Arabs lost the war that they have started, not won, right? The Arabs didn't start any war with Israel. Arabs have never invaded Israel. Are you referring to 1948? If so, that war was initiated by Israel. Israel grabbed Arab land by force (apparently not satisfied with the official boundaries which gave Israel disproportianately too much land). Some Arab countries then counter-attacked Israeli forces in Palestine to reclaim that land. They did not attack Israel. electronicintifada.net Regardless, it is well documented that the Arab forces were in total disarray, and were actively looking for an end to the conflict. But, Israel desperately wanted the cover of war to expand its borders. Tom
