Don't see where I have to. The only reason the government makes those decisions is because it controls the laws as I believe that it should, but the fact is there are moral issues which have to be resolved to get to the point where government has that control. If government doesn't morally have the control of the highways, it likewise has no moral authority to determine the colors of the highway stripes. By passing laws regulating the color of the stripes, the government is making the moral judgment that it has the right to control the highways. It's that simple.
