Is it possible that Forstman has preferred stock and somehow both MCLD and XOXO are being engineered so that in bankruptcy he and other Preferred shareholders, (ie Mcleod family) wind up with the assets of both companies combined without having to pay for them?

The common shareholders are left with nothing?

Why "buy" the company when you can steal it outright.

This may be pessimistic on my part, but I don't put anything past anyone anymore. I've been part of two different companies where that has happened. I'm hoping that some on the Mcleod board of directors have some morals. I know they have some onboard from Salt Lake City when they bought Access communications a few years ago. I'm hoping they wouldn't be a part of a sham like that. We'll find out in the next week or so I'm sure.
