I'm sort of new at this but how can they be forced into bankruptcy by Forstman or any one else as long as they meet their dividends. Also does Forstmann have enough voting stock to force the issue with the BOD? Comments appreciated.

Great job. You answered your own question about the preferred stock. Did you know the answer all along and were just testing Softechie?

Anyway. Of course your scenario is possible. Have you called the company and attempted to ascertain the possibility of this event?

I know Clark McCleod said on the last conference call that they were committed to making MCLD a success for their shareholders. (or something to that effect). It was at the very exact end. Maybe you can listen to it on their website.

Now I'm not real happy or comfortable with the total silence out of MCLD.

But offsetting that is Clark McCleod's reputation as being successful, Fortsman putting in yet another $100 Million a month or so ago, and numerous insider buys many $$$'s ago.
