Just say FL has a darkside in them and they want the whole operation for themselves. I wouldn't suggest BK. I would suggest them to do a deal like Covad and paying 15 cents on the dollar to bondholders and restructure other debts. That way they still can keep the common and prefered shares w/o losing all to bond and debt holders like others.

Mark my word, it will not happened. The selling pressure is due to funds dumping and no major buyers out there to take the selling shares and it keeps dropping. Look at the volume today. It's huge. It may set another capitulation point. I would say we have found a bottom here.
