Yes quite nice and to the point on many subjects. But there is this line in the conclusion : " The other people on this planet can live this way too." Can this planet afford the american prosperity multiplied by twenty ? If yes, how shall they get here ? Remember, America has not only prospered by the spirit of its people. They also had to have : + A quasi empty bit of a continent. + Excellent soil for agriculture, almost as big as Europe. + An uncommonly gifted geological wealth. + No real worldwide competition for its manufacturing for almost the last two centuries. Besides Australia, very late into the game, no other nation had or will ever have all of the above.
