I didn't say requirement, I think I said "general rule".
I think this is the case with most (maybe not all) institutions.

If that is the case, then we have more selling. 45% of the shares is 300 million shares +/-.

It would take 8-9 trading days like yesterday for them to unload all the shares.

As far as the short numbers from 8/1, you would think they would of covered by now. That's a concern as they would of been the buyers. Without them where would we be.
