what do you think of AVCI at $1 and cash of $3 or so with no debt? TXCC not quite as good but more cash than share price plus debt.

Crap why can't we just put in an offer to buy AVCI at 2 for every share and close shop.

I do not understand this - UNLESS there is something we do not see like (hidden debt) is this possible.
