Can anyone think of an alternative use for technical colo space? I have a big supply in a few cities which probably would never fill up with carriers alone, and I was trying to think up other uses. Thanks!

Now I don't know what is happening in your world, but in mine, I'm recalling a friend who had her identity stolen by a gang of (most likely) Middle Eastern cyber-terrorists about 4 years and has had a bewildering time of re-establishing her credit, clearing up bizarre transactions and generally living in fear over what the implications of her lack of un-damaged identity is causing her, without a hell of a lot of cooperation from the banks and the government. She's indicated that this identity theft is commonplace and that the credit card issuers aren't particularly interested or concerned. Does it seem criminally stupid to you, as it does to me, that this group of bozoes proposing a Project Liberty should be more concerned about selling us videos on demand than on securing the integrity of the system?
