Zeev:

What do you make of the tick / trin divergence today? I show trin above 1.5 from 10:30 on, while tick did not go negative all day long.

TIA.

Pierre

I'll be running away too, Zeev, if this starts going down.

I think Rich was correct about the 50% re-trace after the first bounce. I did not seriously consider this, as it is so close to the lows. However, after some gut checking, I decided to put in an order for some QQQ Oct. 30 calls in anticipation of a 1457 COMPX and / or 1138 NDX.

That would be a 50% re-trace of the rise on the COMPX and a .618 re-trace on the NDX.

It looks like my order was filled close to the low of the day, so I'll white knuckle it tomorrow. If we don't hold 1138 NDX, I'll bail for close to even.

Zeev....I suppose futures could change by morning but they appear ready to bail you out tomorrow...Seemed quite strong after the close.

If not, I'll have a lot of stop losses tomorrow if we gap down sharp and take last week's lows.

Yom Kippur stop losses....?
