I saw that list earlier today also. As a dual Dutch-American citizen, I was very sad to see the Netherlands at the very top of the list of non-US nationals missing, with over 400. The Netherlands is one of the most tolerant nations anywhere. During the war in Bosnia it admitted 50-100,000 Muslim refugees into its citizenry. To give some perspective, that would be similar to the U.S. all of a sudden admitting 1-2 million refugees into the country all at once. This, coming from a country that is already vastly overcrowded. (Imagine 16 million people living in a state halfway between Virginia and Maryland in real estate and you get the idea.) This and the others on that list make it very clear this was an attack on all of civilization, and not only Western civilization at that.
