You know very well what I mean, so your word games mean nothing. Anti-Semitism is generally held to concern Jews - and I am very well aware that Arabic is a Semitic language.

I hardly think my remarks qualify as hysterical; to call me such says what about you?

To question the policies of the State of Israel are not anti-semitic

No, it's not...

But it is certainly biased when one ONLY reviews Israeli interaction with the Palestinians, or makes claims about the "illegitimacy" of their state, WITHOUT considering how similar scenarios apply to Israel's neighbors, all of which were created out of shattered ruins of the Ottoman Empire.

And this is the issue that I have with those who criticize the Israelis, while "glorifying" the cause of the Palestinians.

I'm far more pragmatic about it, and recognize that the Palestinians were screwed because they possessed no political representation amongst those parties who were soliciting the British for their own geographical reward for supporting the defeat of the Turks.

Take the biased emotions out of the analysis Len, and recognize that ALL parties in the region have SCREWED the Palestinians.

And recognize that, because of the poor decisions their "leadership" has made, the Palestinians have SCREWED THEMSELVES.

Don't forget how they sided with Saddam Hussein during the gulf war, while all of their Arab "brethren" were on the other side.
