Rumors reported on Yahoo's "In Play" from Briefing.com: "Hearing that independent research firm Off the Record issued a negative report on NOK's European operations today; says that one major European carrier has decided to reduce NOK's market share in its handset portfolio, that two new NOK handset models will be delayed, and that its first GPRS handset still has software problems. Firm does make positive comments about NOK's US business, however, as there may be a general US handset shortage for which NOK is best positioned."

Do you think that Nokia would really start shipping GPRS phones if they had a software problem. Doesn't say what kind of problem it is or even define problem. Would say that every mobile phone could have a software problem if the term is defined broadly enough. Don't know what they mean by major carrier either.
