You are the weakest link. Relative to the shock of the events, the Administration has been a calming influence. Or do you think that the use of passenger laden airlines to take out the World Trade Center and the Pentagon, killing thousands, with additional unsuccessful attempts at targets, is a trivial matter, and requires the "whipping up of hysteria"?
