I do not agree certain actions are wrong if we agree they are not.
I do not think there is a universal mind.
I think the mind of man can encompass language, because we are programmed for language. But if there is no society to teach the language, the program will not engage. Children locked in closets, for example, and denied language, have brains that never develop normally. The ability for language is there, but it will only develop in the company of people speaking language. Further, what language we learn shapes our thinking. Every language has it's own constructs and these constructs shape the thoughts of the people who think in that language. IT is one of the most basic differences, in my opinion, between people of different cultures.
