Dear Rich4eagle: My thinking is that we will have a major increase in our rapid response forces, possibly an impetus to increased missile defense programs, and technological improvments in our ability to detect people, weapons, organisms etc etc for our internal security. May also have to go and build some more cruise missles as I believe our inventory is low. If we find we have to invade IRAQ then I suspect an increase in our conventional armed forces as well.
The media appears to be preparing us for possible chemical or biological warfare here on the home front. In addition a defector from the program in IRAQ swears they have scientists working around the clock on devising various chemical and biological weapons and their means of delivery. This is extremely dangerous, not only for us, but for the World as we could go back to the days of having incredibly virile organisms loose in the World that could substantial reduce human populations. These organisms would be in the hands of fanatics. I seriously doubt the World can accept that situation EVEN if it means the early use of nuclear weapons to destroy industry and vaporize the product. Seems to me we are in a very dangerous situation here. JDN
