Violence in the dictionary means using force to cause injury or harm. Sometimes violence is justified, as when returning violence with violence. Militaristic means belonging to the military. I am watching my language. I am also watching my culture. Cultures, really. We aren't just divided by whether we live in the Red Zone or the Blue Zone. Violence is endemic in central cities all over the country. Wife-beating and child-beating are endemic among the lower classes all over the country, white, black, Hispanic. Not Jews, not Asians. It's a terrible problem we need to solve. Violence against people of other cultures is also a terrible problem here. I realize it's a problem a lot of places. We don't have skinheads, but we have people who are skinheads at heart. Maybe I am wrong, but that's my impression.
