Searle: Would you not say that some of the problems that now face SA were caused by the inability of the ruling politicians at the time of upheaval not taking direct and decisive action against the forces that were against them? The whole of SA is a basket case. Won't the US become a basket case if we don't protect our citizens integrity? Remember the pirates of Tripoli. Maybe its a different world but the principle is the same.
