Pariah syndrome, and too many shares. You have a management that was willing (or apparently had to) to severely dilute shareholders with several hundred million new shares. They now have good assets and a very clean balance sheet and in my mind an undervalued stock. But they need to deal with the oversupply of shares in the hands of weak stockholders (mostly old bond holders). In an exchange with IR posted here two months ago, I was told they were considering instituting a share buyback at the directors meeting in September. As per usual, I'm looking at my calendar and sure enough it's October 1st. And per usual, there has been no announcement. So what should they expect?
