#421, just getting my daily fix. We'll have you in first place pretty soon! Your index posts say it all and have been saying the same thing for so long. You're right to beware false buy signals in a bear market, especially one that just had a rogue event. The only certainty is the uncertainty and Mr. Market hates that so sideways and down. If this was thirty years ago I'd tell you to keep lots of carbon paper handy!

Fed Day; Cut again by .50 basis points.

No changes in the Index signals.
Volatility continues; especially in the Oil & Gas Index.

That 1500 on the Nasdaq still an important number.

On the Weekly Nasdaq chart, you can see the number is actually 1492 which was the three year low, on October 5th, 1998. Today we closed at 1492, on October 2nd, 2001.
