Irak acknowledged paying per kamikaze, 20K$ was the sum reported on French media a couple of months ago.( No age or sex discrimination.)

I looked at the Ha'aretz daily. It is an Israeli newspaper, so I give it about as much credit for being unbiased on the subject of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict as I would a Palestinian paper.

A little more credit, I would hope, since unlike the Palestinian papers, Haaretz is not government controlled.
