Yup. I'm just providing another source that identifies Ft. Benning as a training camp for terrorists, mostly in Latin America. That's where we taught Noriega his thug skills.

Obviously, the military needs to be trained. But, we don't need to train mercenaries to go to Central America to kill nuns, priests, farmers, etc.
