Bill,

Have been a bear since January 2000, but I agree with you right now that we are at or near the bottom. I see a retest of dow 8000, spx 920 and compx 1380, then we take off sometime by the end of the year when interest rate hits 2%, might be a little early but now is as good a time as ever to buy, might rally a bit here, then do the retest, maybe no retest, who knows.
