Elmer: AMD's misleading claim is different but, as you point out, perhaps no less illegal. Oh, give it a rest you two&#133 It's not like this is the first time PR ratings have been around. If you argue it that way, you could as easily argue that it is misleading when Intel says their P4 runs 2GHz - insinuating it is twice as fast a 1GHz PIII (or even more), which it isn't. Or because some transistors in the CPU switch at less than 2GHz. Desperate times call for desperate measures. That they do, but questioning the legality is completely bogus. -fyo
