Does it make sense for Arafat to reject an offer of a Palestinian State, financial aid, destruction of Israel settlements in occupied territories, and peace? Arafat's goal has never been peace, it has always been the total destruction of Israel, as is obvious by his actions over decades. Arafat knew! Arafat condemns the WTC terrorist bombing, while he and his terrorist comrades celebrate.
