While I won't dispute some of you comments, look at the whole picture : It in normal that not having his "fair share" of Jerusalem "Al Qods" if you prefer, is a big issue for him. After all Jerusalem brings a yearly manna of a good billion $ every year, a manna that will continue for centuries. Furthermore, his "right of return" issue, naturally is a big concern for him. Finally, he may not see how to have a viable economic country with the land he'll be stuck with, agriculture ? minerals ? And risks being killed any time for signing a peace document. So he is not in a hurry. Why should he be ?
