He can't answer that because we had runaway inflation all through the seventies of which two Republican Presidents presided unfortunately he forget those key bits of data

Dude you need to acknowledge that the economy of the 1980's was just plain booming. There was a short recession, the mildest post WWII, during the GHWB administration and it was over well befor Clinton took office.

Thats the fact, plain and simple.
